Propulsion Tech Committee Membership
The Spacecraft Propulsion Technical Committee (SPTC) is responsible
for various aspects of rocket science for the Artemis Project. This includes
detailing the Reference Mission's propulsion needs,
assisting other Tech Committees and Project
Teams with propulsion, and working with other discussion groups. However,
working on propulsion aspects of the Reference Misison is the main focus
of the Prop (Propulsion) TC.
Members - These are people who are actively involved in the various
tasks of the SPTC. They are doing the actual work of the Prop TC
Reps - Because the activities of the Prop TC
impact many other areas of the Artemis Society,
it's important that strong lines of communication exist between all Technical
Committees. To provide those lines of communication, we hope for representatives
of the applicable Spacecraft Development Project Teams on the Prop
TC. Reps are responsible for keeping their Technical Committee informed
of activities in the Prop TC and relaying requests from their Technical
Committee to the SPTC. Reps may also be active members of the SPTC if they
are active in both committees.
Observers - Not considered official members of the SPTC, observers
are people who want to stay informed of what goes on in the Prop
TC, usually by being included in the SPTC mailing list or related information
The current membership of the SPTC is as follows:
